I love my Kitchenaid espresso machine, it has been a beautiful addition to my small coffee bar! I've had it for just over a year now. Some might say it's a bit loud but I don't know if there is one that's quiet. It continues to make the perfect cup of espresso, just as it did on the first day that I used it.

This little machine is awesome, it is aesthetically pleasing (candy apple red), it is compact and Nespresso has a wide selection of coffee's to go with it. My only draw back is that it is pretty loud, however it is extremely easy to use, just drop in the capsule and turn the knob. I only had a crushed capsule once and it was my fault for not dropping it in properly, but I was still able to reuse it. Oh and mine came with the milk froth machine and that's a awesome little add on. My only wish is that the machine was quieter and made bigger cups of coffee, but then it wouldn't be an espresso machine.
KA- I'm not an engineer, but the motor used on your Professional Mixer 6500 is so quiet and would have been ideal for this espresso machine.

I have to change it 3 days after I start to use it. Actually i apply warranty and got a new one. The Second one ALSO failed !!! So in order to avoid other change I interchange the water tank from one old one to the new one and works.
I'm still buying KA products because I'm an whirlpool employee and I'm an ambassador for our brands, I really sad about this.
