I bought this machine because it was a beautiful red nespresso maker. I love the way it makes a perfect espresso. However, the water tank is very difficult to remove. After several used, it got stuck and by the time I got it removed part of the tank broke off.
Since it was only 3 months old, I called Kitchen Aid customer service. I was very disappointed to be on hold for over an hour before I could talk to a representative. She was very nice but said that they can't send me a water tank alone. She stated that they will send me a replacement machine. That was over 2 months ago. Still don't have the machine yet. I'm not calling back because I don't want to wait on the phone for another hour.
I searched online to buy the water tank for the machine but not able to find one.
The beautifully crafted machine now sit in the closet.
I have all my appliances from Kitchen Aid but this is the first horrible experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just remodeled and bought this for our kitchen. Love how it looks and makes great coffee. You have to buy authentic Nespresso pods, or you will get additional water in the bottom. If I could use other pods, I would give it a 5 star

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got it about 10 days ago and we are more than happy with it. My husband keeps showing it off. Still trying the different strengths, but the espresso makes me feel like I am in Italy. Heats up fast and the coffee has great flavor and body!

This machine is quite possibly the best one out there for the original Nespresso capsules!! Heavy duty construction, easy of use and a Nespresso milk frother to boot! So so happy with my purchase. If I could say one negative, is that it's rather noisy when brewing, but still the best cuppa I have ever had at home!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this as a gift for Christmas since it’s all I’ve been wanting for the pas year. I am an avid coffee drinker, so this really was the perfect gift. It’s so easy to easy to use and it makes the expresso the perfect temperature! The milk frother is awesome too, not only does it froth milk to make it hot, it will also froth it and keep it cool for when you want an iced latte with some cold foam. It is a bit loud, but that’s just a typical expresso machine. I am very happy with this gift!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I resisted single pod expresso and coffee makers due to environmental waste issues. Nespresso takes back the pods and recycles the aluminum and composts the coffee--a company with an environmental conscience. The coffee is also fair trade.
As to the machine, it makes the most incredible lattes I have ever had. It is truly a high caliber expresso machine. The milk frother is a dream. No more splattered milk or roaring sound from hand frothing. I cannot express how happy I am with this purchase.
