Great features and built to last

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This KitchenAid Nespresso machine is very well made and has all the features needed to make a great cup. Six size settings and an easy override feature make it very easy to make any type of espresso, cappuccino or latte. The water reservoir is quite large and easy to refill while still hidden from site. Overall a perfect addition to our coffee bar.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The water tank got stuck and broke but KitchenAid replaced it immediately. The thing works like a beast, and the coffee is good. Very happy with it so far (2 months in).

Does not work

Just arrived today and the water tank wouldn’t come out and when it finally did, the handle and the plastic behind it snapped off. Then when we tried to use it, none of the settings were correct so it was only putting out about 1-2oz on any setting and not even consistently. Never had a problem with any kitchen aid product before until this.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Horrible directions!

I got this for Christmas and I broke the water tank before I even got to use it. The directions are horrible. It says to tilt tank and then remove. After breaking it, it figured out that you have to push down on the tank to get it to tilt. Now, I can’t seem to find a part number so I can prefer up a new one. Thanks for the directions. Almost threw it in the garbage. Very unclear directions. I don’t know how the thing works, but I can tell you I am very displeased with the directions!
