The SD card was already installed when we purchased. So I was really frustrated when I found out that the first week of recording did not take because the SD card had not been formatted.

I ordered a c1 and a c2 camera and two c1's arrived. After three calls I received a c2 with shopping label for one c1. I set them up side by side. The c1 has better night vision and doesn't disconnect from the WiFi near as much as the c2.

I like the integration with my Honeywell app. I have the camera(s) set to high motion sensitivity but they do not capture all movement. I also get an invalid movement notification every day when the sun begins to come up.

the camera is okay. it just detects anything as movement when in infrared mode even in lowest setting which is a pain. insects, lightning a car passing outside anything. other wise it works fine and firmware is updated regularly for vulnerabilities.
