Camera is ok however i find the app cumbersome with minimal functionality. I'm happy to discuss an interest to improve upon the current functionality if the manufacturer/app developers are interested in some improved features (customer input). If interested in customer improvement/feedback (pls post whom i can respond to/contact).
Set up is straight forward except when it isn’t. Took too many days until it stopped dropping the connection. The leak detectors require constant reset and when connected they will disconnect the camera thus requiring reset. Hopefully the connected information is being sent to USAA
The camera itself works well, but the features on the app could be improved. Motion sensors for pets isn't consistent and rarely pics up my cat walking in front of it. I get sound and motion notifications even when the camera is off and I am home, and there is no apparent way to control notifications if I want to have the camera still capturing things without being informed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have both leak detectors and the camera through USAA. The hardware seems to work. My problem is that the APP is terrible. There is not documentation. Nothing to say why there are 2 trends on the leak detectors or what they mean. Nothing to tell me how long the video clips are available to see or if I can download them. The app was offline yesterday for several hours. If USAA didn't require this particular brand, I wouldn't buy them with this level of documentation. No website access as far as I can tell--all access is through the lousy app.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Sound does not work. Night vision does not work. Bad system full of issues. Camera itself gets very hot.

This product and especially the app is completely unreliable. My first C2 camera worked perfectly for several months and suddenly started behaving erratically and became unusable. (How surprising.. even this edit field isn't big enough for my review)

I've not run this product very much, big concern is the heat it generates. I am too afraid to leave it on when not at home for long periods of time. Also not figured out how to get text message instead of email when activated - limited comment room
