It is well made and easy enough to set up. It is nice to be able to configure the range for the alerts on temperature and humidity. However, it is not compatible with HomeKit. That's the only downside.

Ok hardware, bad software

The camera itself works fine. The app though leaves much to be desired. It's incredibly slow, some features just don't load even after spinning forever (eg screenshot for motion detection zones), the motion alert sensitivity is way off, and it takes a couple minutes after I get an push notification alert before I see any evidence of it in the app. Arlo has a much better existence. (Also, the quick start instructions in the box say to download and use an app that is still technically available, but doesn't work any more - Honeywell app. You have to use the resideo app instead, which was just a lucky guess on my part after 15 minutes of failing to login while following the instructions.)
Very wide angle view. Very clear picture. Motion sensing and sound sensing are both great. Easy setup and use on the app. Recommend installing it on a wall at about 5 to 6 feet high and adjusting the angle of view down to see the largest area with best view.

Your lyrics to camera will not connect to any apps

Got the C2 security camera to monitor the house before leaving on vacation. Set it up the day before and worked ok. When we got to our destination, I turned on the app and couldn't connect with the camera. So I'm away from home for a week wondering if the camera isn't working or somebody broke in and disabled it. Got home and was relived that nothing happened but now the camera will not pair with my phone and it hasn't worked since.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Once the camera was set up it worked OK, but the WiFi sensitivity is not good, The unit went off line several times and I had to start from scratch each time to restart it.
