Just ok in low light situations. Motion sensor is set to the lowest level and yet it seems to send an alert when a gnat flies by it. Also can't connect it to my Honeywell Lyric security system so now I have two applications I have to use for security and cameras. It's a nice looking camera and the picture quality is not bad. It stays connected to the wi-fi, although if you don't follow the instructions to a tee, you'll be resetting it during set-up. So read carefully. Overall, a very average to below average purchase.

Camera is pretty useless. Can't d'l videos to your computer. quick clips is all you can watch. can view from the computer. Sound is horrible. App for phone is useless also. Notifications will either fill up your mailbox or phone. Think their worst and dumbest worked on this.

The camera works well, but it is really really overpriced compared to the other myriad number of cameras that are currently out there. I wish I purchased cheaper cameras than this one, though the picture is pretty good and I like the look of it and the swivel mount is handy.

Video is not that clear and it needs better alerts like the “Ring” door bell camera... the only alert I get is through email, I need an alert to my smart phone that beeps or something... other than that, it’s ok, but I do like that you can see in the night.

I’m an FAE for Honeywell and based out of Golden Valley. I have two C2 cameras and four Freeze, Water Leak Detectors. I bought these to monitor my home and condo when I’m away. Your products are inferior in almost every way compared to your competitors but your Home app is better.

Glitchy on finding Wi-Fi during initial install before timeout. Video seems to work well, although sound transmission, both ways, is questionable. This was a gift and I wouldn't have bought it. Much cheaper and better performing product out there.

The initial installation was easy. The only issue we had during our two weeks being away from home was that we kept getting issues about the CCV being off line .. and the voice over came over statically .. but other than that when it worked, it worke

This camera is aimed thru a window down my drive way. The glass reflects so at night the camera lights bounced back. It is useless at night in a window. Day it is very sharp and clear crossing, however it does not pick up cars coming straight at it.
