I finally just unplugged the Lyric. I am going to call a service rep and see why it will not work as advertised

The geo fencing could use a little fine turning and there is no need for sound notifications when I am at home.

why is it that when i'm at home it's in black & wehit & when i'm at work it's in color ? also i require it to be used outdoors... any recommendations ?

I am pleased with Honeywell Lyric C2 camera and thermostat. The products were relatively easy to install and the image from tbe camera is satisfactory and can be accessed most of the time.
