This thing is constantly going online and offline (same with my HONEYWELL wi-fi thermostats). its not a wifi issue, we have no other issues with any other things we use. the camera is fine as long as its in good light, indoors. no good in dark.

First reset, no bluetooth

Purchased a new router and had to reset the camera. Blue light is flashing but no bluetooth signal. The camera is about two years old and worked fine until the reset. Now, it's headed for the trash and Honeywell is being added to the do not buy list. Other cameras come with 5 year warranty, this one with one.

I bought this camera to work with my TUXEDOW and Total Connect it works but is lacking the ability to set specific notifications during set times. The picture quality is not the best especially when lighting is low it gets confused and does not know to go into night vision or standard. I was also anticipating being able to view the camera on my alarm panel and it does not show up.
Has a very wide viewing angle without much distortion. Seems reliable. Intercom feature is handy. Not sure why it has so many colored lights and what they mean (probably not good for a bedroom where you are trying to sleep). It gets hot to the touch. Does not integrate with the security panel of the same brand, which is odd. Has a lot of writing on the back which makes the styling seem less than modern in the Apple design age. What appears to be metal supports in photos is actually painted plastic. Overall a good camera and would recommend.
The camera goes in and out due to a poor wifi connection even though it is within 5 feet of the router. Everything else in the area has a good connection. Also, unless you turn off notifications, it will send a notification every time it has a hiccup or sees you walking through the room.
Extremely surprised by the quality and simplicity of the device. Clips are easily accessible on your mobile in just a few steps. At first I was concerned with additional costs, but nope, everything you need is in the box and there in the app once installed. Very satisfied after 2 weeks of using the device.
Most issues are with the app and its horrendous reliability. If the app loads, which itself is not a given, then sometimes pages within the app don’t load. And even when they do, sometimes you’ll get a motion alert and go to view the video and no video will be available. And you’ll check back later... and still no video. My internet speed far exceeds the requirements for this to work and this issue has lasted through three or four moves and two or three service providers. It is 100% the app and product.
