Customer service sucks from Honeywell,. The C2 camera is brand new and keeps going offline. When I need the camera the most of course it was off line, a transient had walked into my garage and pulled a knife on me. No footage for police sucked bad !

Hook up and connection was 4 out of five. The camera has some issue with my wifi and shuts down .Honeywell sent a list of things for me to test and check you need to be highly skilled to complete these items.I wil try another system.

Love the camera, easy to set up and install. I like it for it's ability of two way communication. Used it the day after installing and it performed up to it's claims. Would recommend this camera to anyone.

Having a Honeywell Home camera provides me with a peace of mind while I am not home. Knowing that I can observe my protected space and can see and hear what is happening in real time allows me to secure my property by notifying the proper authorities
