Poor instructions. Mobile app difficult to find. Easy enough to set up for an experienced installer. Definitely would not recommend for diy install.
Unit often misses motion and fails to record, especially when IR is on.

The product cannot be accessed online. It is only good for monitoring while inside the house. It worked but it did not allow for the remote access we needed. We returned.

I bought this and set it up pretty quick , worked well for several months and then lost connection and I have never been able to get it connected again . I contacted support and they were useless. Treated me like I was dumb . This is junk save your money and buy something else.
