I have been unable to access my C1 for several weeks. I had a roommate that kept manipulating the sensitivity or sensing areas. Between that, and changing log in info, I lost accessibility. I called twice to try and get assistance but no luck.

This is close to a totally worthless security camera. I get about 4 to 8 false alarms a day. First, I get a motion detected alarm every time two of my inside lights go on or off with a timer. So that is four alarms a day. Honeywell, no room to write!

The camera was easy to set up unlike other ones I had previously purchased. Notifications are on point. I highly recommend this product.
