First, you need to explain what one through five represents, which is outstanding which is poor! I have nest cameras and ring cameras outside of my home. Honeywell's Lyric product has been an extreme disappointment . I am sorry I bought it .

Horrid. Unable to speak to camera remotely. Speaker volume is inaudible. Was sent a replacement unit. Same deal. After reading reviews it’s not me, it’s a sub-standard product.

Video and audio quality are just ok at best and the only really good thing about this is the app.

Black in white 99% of the time , so I get color 1% of the time which you can make heads or tails of which you are looking at , not to happy with it

I have had to reset the camera several times over the last year. Occasionally the camera is turned off in the app for some unknown reason. Motion detector is not very sensitive.

Live feed doesn't work. Notices of activity (family members thankfully) are delayed as much as 15 minutes. No live person to talk with to resolve issues.
