The camera is really expensive for a low resolution camera. Frankly I feel fleeced that I bought this instead of all the other cameras out there, but I already had the Honeywell Home app. I would not recommend this camera due to it's price, it's bulky size and the poor image resolution.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

High $$ Disappointment

40 year HON employee. Bought through company. Good thing our Aero products don't perform this bad. Sound quality is non-existent. Terrible connectivity to home WiFi and useless otherwise. When it worked, camera and geo-fencing were adequate. Pretty useless now and already in the electronics recycle box. Not better than nothing.
The C1 camera is extremely easy to set up. It is also very reliable. This is my second C1. My first C1 has been working great for a couple of years. The camera has good features for a good price including both audio and movement detection for recording. I highly recommend the camera as great security solution at an affordable price.

Honeywell should improve the TC2 app wherein it will switch the camera from the privacy mode to the active mode when the alarm system is armed. Currently this has to be done manually. Otherwise, the motion sensor causes constant messaging while home.
