I set it up to only alert me when I am not home and still get alerts when Iâm home. The speaker is terrible. I can hear through the app, but if I want to use the walkie function the person near the camera cant hear anything!!!

Could never get it to register. Have a Lyric thermostat that works great. Made over a dozen calls to support and was finally after a month sent a C2. Big waste of my time. The C2 works but not as I had hoped.

I have five of these see two cameras in service. I had trouble with one of them and the retailer replaced it easily and hassle-free. Installation is a breeze. Honeywell did their homework and pretty much has all the bugs worked out. Great product!

Speaking function is unless. Cannot understand the voice being spoken as it is low and distorted.

Laggy video even with 250mb - 500mb speeds from provider. Other 4k video steam is flawless yet 720p camera video lagsm very unsatisfied.

Itâs very slow. The database loaded the video slowly and sometimes not available. You will need to try several time before you can view them. Not good!
