I had it working briefly and then it disconnect from my wifi and I can not get it working again. Very frustrated. Tried to restart it and no like.

Literally cannot get the product to work. Will not authorize no matter what we do nor with hours on the phone with technical support. Seems to have woefully bad programming.

Not intuitive set up. Very difficult to go back and change settings for noise and zones once set up is complete. When the power goes out, the wifi needs to be set up again. If you are away and your power goes out, you will not have a security camera.

Being a 30-year plus Honeywell employee, once I decided to purchase a security cam, of course I chose a Honeywell product. I have had the C1 cam in operation for about three weeks now. So far, it is performing as advertised. Will get a 1080 next.

Picture works well but was very disappointed in the volume - it is very low and since I bought it to be able to watch my puppy from work it's not much use - he doesn't hear me.
