The features for sound are really sensitive. I turned the feature off due to receiving emails for what must be background noise like the furnace running. Wish it could just pick up significant sounds

The C1 has a nitch. It is affordable, easy to use, and has reasonable performance. The only complaint, is the Honeywell Home website and information. I have tried to find other Lyric and smart devices. Lots about the Home app, but little else.

If the internet connection goes out you have to reset the camera manually. This is not good when you do not have access camera . They say you can talk but that feature is not clear and can not be understood. Blink camera's are better

Generally happy with the C1 camera features and performance, including low light performance and motion detection. However, the speaker feature is worthless, just hear crackly and barely audible audio from the camera when talking to it via my app.

Camera all of a sudden would not connect. Same thing happened with my neighbors camera. Performed factory reset, left unpowered etc and still did not connect. Going to leave it off for a week and try again.

Unit is super easy to set up. But sometimes views in black and white and sometimes in color? It isn't consistent about recording movement in my home either ( I have pets and children). Not sure what's causing this. The talk feature is weak as well.
