[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used in a small 450 sq ft studio. Have been using it now for about 5 months. Live in the hot desert climate and have only used the AC function. It works perfectly. Wish it was a little quieter. Seems a bit loud but I am getting used to it. Soon, I won't notice the sound. Haven't used the heater yet, and will soon. Winters can be chilly here. Will update review if needed. But very happy with the LG unit. Filter is very easy to remove and clean. But the Clean Filter light stays on all the time as a reminder to do it. All in all I LOVE IT! This updated model replaced an older version of the exact same item.
