[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this product in September 2020. And oh my goodness, I love it. I loved it so much I told my daughter about it and she bought one too. It cools my home, and I don’t have to worry when it gets cold. I just turn it to heater mode. I love it so much. Thinking about getting another one for my bedroom.

whirlpool would NOT honor the warrantee because i didn't have a readable receipt. this LG unit has given me NO problem!!! i only wish they made whole house units, id buy one
