[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the unit this summer, loved it then and still in love now at this cooler.
Pros: ease of use, Features/Settings, Performance, Quality
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this to replace existing one. Perfectly fit in existing hole and works so much better. The remote makes it that more awesome
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the dual A/C and heater in May. It works great. It cools the entire bottom half of my house in the summer and heats well during the winter. I'm so glad I made this investment. I would recommend it to anyone.
Pros: ease of use, Features/Settings, Performance, Quality
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this in September 2020. I bought the heating and cooling unit because the back of the house does not cool or heat as well as the front. I can turn the air on and it will run continuously or I can set it at energy saver and it will adjust when it gets cool and cut off and then resume when the temperature gets higher. The thing I hate about the heat part is that it’s always on energy saver and it takes forever to heat up my small room and bathroom. You cannot just turn the heat on and leave it on it automatically like the air cooling, it goes to energy saver automatically and you can’t adjust it to run continuously to heat the room. The unit will run for about 60 to 90 seconds and then cut off. Then it turns on again in about 2 to 3 minutes to warm again. It can be 60° in the bedroom but it continually cuts on and off. It takes several hours for the room to actually warm up! If I had to do it again I would just have bought an air conditioner and a small portable heater. When I turn the heater unit on now it sounds like there’s a tiny noise in it. If it wasn’t so heavy and hard to uninstall, I would definitely return it. It cost a lot of money for something that does not work like I thought it would.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
