[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The unit works good and even held its own fairly well down to 10F. Eventually, it stopped working because the unit froze up from the ice storm which kept it from starting by putting resistance on the fan which impacted the system which is designed to "soft" start. LG was very responsive to check the unit, and all was well. While the unit is sized reasonably for our house, the layout of our windows and floorplan contributes to the unit short cycling. This causes us to tweak air movement and settings to try and reduce this. It would be helpful if you could program a temp range to increase the spread between triggering on and off. Our house is very old and has zero insulation in the walls which allows for ambient temps to swing fast and with a narrow temperature spread, constantly triggers the thermostat.

I bought my air conditioner in march,of 2023, knowing it was going to be hot, and my old a c could not keep up last year...best move i've made. Not only is it stylish, i stay comfortable all the time, and it has literaly lowered my electric bill 1/2 of what it was last year this time. The auto mode feature is fantastic

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very pleased with this LG's ability to heat/cool my 1000sq ft garage apartment. I am disappointed that it only goes down to 60 degrees as I leave my buildings at 50 degrees when I am not in residence.
