We called out an AC guy who told us we could save a ton of money by just getting a portable unit. "Don't they leak? Our window is tall, rather than long? It won't fit". I protested. I was wrong. This thing is amazing and it makes the room so cold that I need a jacket, even though it's 108 degrees outside (we live in Phoenix, AZ). Thanks, LG!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for my mother’s room, she Has an oxygen concentrator and it heats up the room to the point where our evaporative cooler could not cool down. I bought this unit in the hopes that it would cool the room, and it does very well! Now she’s very happy which makes me very happy! Only complaint is I wish the exhaust tube was longer and more flexible, however it’s not horrible!

The unit is easy to setup for any mechanical skill level, no experience required.
The unit after it was set up fast, runs ice cold and cooled my bedroom down immediately.
Don’t think or over research this one, this is THE unit you need and want.

Exhaust flex hose

We purchased the unit this unit definitely isy not up to far in no way... too much heat is emitted into the room it really defeats the purpose of cooling and never gets a room below 80 degrees very much dissatisfied
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
