[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this sweet chill machine over the summer and Im happy I did. I couldn't be happier with it in all ways, I own a split level home and the atmospher is so much better I can' believe it . I turn on the remote, and a supplemental fan and have a quiet low cost,worry free time when I need it . I would highly recommend this excellent buy to anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great a/c for temps 90 degrees and lower but can’t handle triple digits unless confined to a small room (bedroom etc)!! That’s the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchase this product to cool our bedroom (~200square feet). We installed this in about 30minutes. It has a temperature setting that will cycle the compressor on and off to hold the temperature you set. The unit is very quiet on low and even on high it is tolerable. The cooling vent can be set to move up and down automatically to help move the cooled air around. A very nice feature.
I had an issue with installing kit (spaces between the difussor and hose pipe which leak hot air) but after talking with customer care they sent the new kit in a week.
So far this unit has exceeded expectations and we are hoping that it will last for many hot season's to come.
