The kids bought us one for our cabin and we like it so much that we bought another to supplement our home air conditioner. It works great. I do wish that the cord was just a bit longer though on the one we bought. I had to buy an appliance extension cord so I could reach the electricity and the window.

Worked great and easy to set up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We only used it 3 or 4 times this summer during the few got and humid days in new hampshire. It worked as good as we hoped. It cooled a room that is about 20x15 with high ceilings. It also cooled the smaller room across the hall using fans to spread the cooled air.
