Missing parts from the box, but cools like a charm

Went to set it up and had to drive back to the store as it was missing the foam weather-stripping pieces that seal the window. Had to open to two (2) boxes at the store to find the parts, very frustrating, but pretty easy set up after that and has cooled great through some extremely hot temps. Keeping us and our dog cool as cucumbers!

Was easy to install. Window kit worked perfectly in my slider type windows. The trim seal kit had enough parts to seal it properly. It was up and running in 20 minutes.

Output temperature less than indicator when measured, with gauge and laser sensor. Why tell you that the drain line is an option but don't tell you where to get it. Tried a 1/4 inch OD line but leaks, yes I did use a a compression sleeve.
