I bought this unit a month or so ago and it has done a great job cooling down our bedroom. We have a 16'x14' room with cathedral ceilings and it does a great job when paired with the ceiling fan in the room. Unit is quiet and has been working well. No complaints!

Was mostly easy to get set up. Don't like the way the two end pieces have to be treaded onto the accordian hose, that was a real pain in the anatomy! Other than that it wad a breeze. I like the remote, it's so easy to change the temperature with it! It is working really well and helping me keep cool on these almost 90 degree days!!!
