Very efficient, easy to install. A little heavy so it takes at least two people to carry. The only issue is that if you want to use the dry mode you need to have a draining pipe which is not included. I ordered it through the parts supplier.

Our main a/c failed us at the end of May. We have a service contract for it but the service technician would not be here until two weeks later. We decided to get the portable a/c unit to use till the service technician arrived. He did show up BUT the fan motor bearing were bad and he had to order a new motor. Two weeks later the motor shows up and the service technician arrived. He installed the new motor and in doing so he broke the fan blade. Again two weeks go by and the fan blade arrived , GREAT!! BUT the service technician will not arrive for another week. We have had temperatures in the middle 90’s with high humidity since June 1st and the technician is to be here July 16th. To tell you the truth this portable a/c unit has blessed our family for the last 6 weeks. Needless to say the best thing we’ve done!!

Purchased almost 2 weeks ago and have used most nights since. The setup was super easy and accomplished in about 20 minutes. Used in bedroom and fairly quiet. We turn the fan on high to cool the room about an hour before bedtime and then turn it to low. Happy so far.

I've had this running in my shop for about 2 weeks. Pumps cold air most of the time, but kicks off often and leaks instead of telling me its full which is sad :( but all in all. It still pumps cold air, just wish it didnt leak. Solid unit. I probably just got a bum one
