Life Saver in a HOT rental!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently moved into a rental while we build a new home. The rental has no AC, and the basement does NOT stay cool as you wold expect. We bought this to cool the basement, where our bedroom is. My husband is a very HOT sleeper and has it sent at 69 degrees. It cools the basement area down so well, that I'm almost chilly at night, but he is comfortable. It has been a life saver and will definitely get us through the hot summer months. It works so well, we ordered two more smaller units for our kids' bedrooms upstairs, where it stays about 82 degrees at night. Fans just weren't cutting it for them. One has arrived and has worked wonders in our son's room so he can actually sleep. The second one should be here today. We were so thankful to find these units.

Chills my living area & kitchen! This worked so well i bought a second one for bedroom at night ! U can move easily but i didn't want to. My A/C wasn't working , so I used the portable A/C for several days until my A/C unit got fixed. The days were in the 90's, I slept good, so I loved having this unit!! So if my family ever needs one, I now have one.
