[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased for "just in case". Hurricane Irma was the test. No power for 8 days. Generator and Portable AC made life bearable. Days in the 90's and nights in the 80's. Kept bedroom cold.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I liked this product, it was packed very well and came out the box perfectly, one person can set it up. it cools very well. We turn it off for TV watching. It runs well.
The only thing I wish I could change is the small locks and screws that came with the system that were designed to lock the window in place are metal and my window frame is metal, so there was no way to screw them in. Another option would be great. Other than that, this AC works well and sets up in about an hour.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was the hottest, driest summer ever in Seattle and it kept us comfortable even on all the 90+ degree days. We have an open floor plan and it was in a 500+ sq ft area so it had to work at it, but it did well. I would recommend it for a smaller room. If we had a chance to do it over we would have bought a larger unit although on a normal summer it would have been fine.
