Its quieter, great features like the auto swing vents to spread the cool air, a remote so at night you don't have to get out of bed and has almost invisible outside window profile. Its easy to roll into storage in off season. I think I'm in love with this AC. lol
Pros: Style/Design, Features/Settings, Quality, easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit has been a lifesaver for our bedroom. Never has it been this comfortable and is a nice change especially on those hot summer evenings.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My bedroom can get above 80 degrees in the summer, and this air conditioner can bring it down to 65 degrees. It's exactly what we needed. The unit is very efficient and powerful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unit works well to keep living room cool. Do wish that hose was a bit longer so we had more flexibility to move it around. A little loud when run on high, but coolness is worth the sound.

We bought this 2 years ago. We are not home six months out of the year. We have only used this portable AC unit a total of 4 months, it currently does not work. It costs more to fix than replace. We had it properly vented as it came with those accessories. I would not recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The unit works as expected. The only bone I have to pick is the lack of enough screws included with the unit. Some assembly was required to vent the unit out doors, AND THERE WASN'T ENOUGH SCREWS TO DO SO! Luckily I found replacements.
Bought on 6-24 when our ac went out. After one week , ac unit replaced and I stopped using unit. Unit worked great BUT when I drained water from unit, plastic drain piece on bottom broke as I was tightening. Put in repair request , uploaded all the requested info on point of sale etc to website and have hear NOTHING

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace an older unit I had. This does not cool down my bedroom like my older unit did. I am not impressed with it at all and sorry I purchased it. I am seriously considering getting a ductless unit installed.
