Good, not quite great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] No duct work, no forced air ac possibilities at the moment. Wife didn't want a big ac unit hanging out the street side bedroom window... So we picked this beast up. Easy installation. We have 48" windows and the included kit made short work of the install. 140 SQ ft MBR cools... eventually. Keeping the doors to the room closed helps cool more efficiently along with other ac units on in other rooms on the same floor. This thing is loud. I sleep with a box fan and this is a few decibels louder.
We mainly operate the AC in the evening and through the night. Keeps the room comfortable and is immensely better than nothing at all. I'd probably buy it again. But the next step is having proper AC installed in our old Victorian home.
