Very noisy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had my unit for about 5 months. It cools and heats my living room great but my energy bill has went up tremendously. When the heater is on it’s really noisy. Sounds like it is going to vibrate into pieces. It has woken me up a few times from being so loud. Easy setup and operation.

Fantastically capable portable air conditioner

My only complaint is that among the four portable ac units I've purchased over the past decade from LG; why is there no discharge hose for the two ports that expel water constantly while operating?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have a 3 season room with vinyl windows. I live in southern Illinois and we have high humidity for most of the summer. Of course, now that I’m prepared for this, it’s been cool and rainy for weeks. When I have used this unit , it has been very comfortable. The room is 256 square feet, so this has done a great job cooling down the sunroom. Haven’t tried the heater but hoping it works effectively like the AC.
