Great Cooling for a large bedroom

We do have to turn it on a couple hours before the get together but it does keep it nice and cool. We haven't used the heating yet so I have no information on that.

Great unit works great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great air conditioner for my room very happy with it but in the very hot weather it would often rattle and shake while compressor was on it would be intermittent and loud until the compressor would cycle off additionally I am not quite sure where to find a replacement drain plug as it has broken off otherwise love it and have no problrms with performance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy setup. I like that the window is not covered up like with a window air unit .Easily cools my 500 sf room , and has dehumidifier, which we need in July august.Noise level is low compared to our old window unit
