I come in from work and set the heat cycle on 78 and within 5 minutes my whole living room is nice and warm. It fit perfectly in the pre-cut space nice. I will purchase more for my other rooms.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this to replace the older one I had because of its features and size. I’m very happy with the cooling abilities in my Florida room with lots of glass windows which presents a challenge. This unit has the power and BTU size that really was needed for this situation. I’m loving how it actually cuts off for a little while and comes back on when the temperature gets to high. It’s a 400 square foot room and I set the thermostat for 71 and it maintains it very well. The only drawback is that it’s a little loud but it’s not a deal breaker. I haven’t put it in the heat cycle yet because it’s not needed. I did briefly turn it on the heat and it seems very capable.

A great product for our purposes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this unit instead of a mini-split for renovation of a mall pool house on the property into a guest cottage which will only receive occasional use. Couldn't be more pleased.
While we are only heating/cooling about 200 square feet, this unit handles the task easily. The thermostat is accurate and the timer feature especially useful for nights when temperatures will dip below freezing and we want the heat to come on in the empty building long after we have gone to sleep. The noise level is fine. We are very happy with our choice.
