Good Heat; Noisy; Highly Inaccurate Thermostat

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this unit about a month ago to heat an eat-in kitchen and cool it in the summer. It heats well. However, it is loud. The thermostat is widely inaccurate. The instructions are very poor. I won't know how well the air conditioner works until the summer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Light weight, and quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second unit of its kind and we have loved the effective way it has cooled & heating a home extension. The only issues we had is the noise from the blower. It would have been great if a direct wired option would be available.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We installed this unit in our eat-in kitchen in December, 2020, to provide supplemental heat in the winter and additional cooling in the summer. The unit is very loud. It is also incredible expensive to run. Even though we only run it a few hours a day, set at 64 degrees, it has doubled out monthly electric bill! The thermostat is so inaccurate as to be useless. I hope the unit does better in the summer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I installed this in my 315 sq ft tiny house. It has done great in heating it, even with temperatures in the 20's. I am sure it will do great in summer months.
I am very happy with both the installation and the performance of the unit. Here in south Florida where it’s been hot and sticky the unit has no problem in keeping our bedroom nice and cool. I will definitely buy another unit or recommend it to a friend
