Noisy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the noisiest refrigerator I have ever owned! When it cycles on, it makes a LOUD knocking sound for 5-10 seconds. At other times, it makes a loud growling sound.

I was con. ce Cream was not rock hard. However it has improved. I don't know if that is normal or not.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was concerned at first. The freezer was not freezing as cold as I thought it would. I.E. Ice Cream was not rock hard as it should and a little soft. I don't know if this is normal or not. It has improved, but I will continue to monitor it. Other than that, I am liking the features and the design inside.
