One problem, hoping for a response

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My fridge is in my RV, perfect performance cooling and freezing but sporadically collects a puddle of water below the crisper drawer. It drips from the air vent. How do I stop this? I have tried adjusting the temps, didn’t help.

We bought this refrigerator to replace the same one that was only 9 years old and was a noisy and questionable unit. So far we are very happy with this refrigerator. It is better qauality product.

Only got this one because of energy saving and I am on a tight budget, I needed all the help I good get!! If this one does as well as the last one, than "Frigidaire " is the only way to go... for appliances.
