Freezer problem

The refrigerator segment is working perfectly. The freezer closure has a problem. I am waiting for the 4th repair visit this Wednesday.

I was very satisfied with the purchase of this refrigerator. I bought it in July 2015 and I am glad I did. It keeps the food very fresh prolonging the number of days the food can be stored. The features of this appliance are superb. I especially like the dual thermostats in both the freezer and the lower level of the refrigerator. I would definitely purchase a Frigidaire appliance again. By the way, the price was right also. Keep up the wonderful job.

Very disappointed!

I literally just had my 4th service call on defective freezer door and it's still not fixed. The specially ordered replacement door doesn't even close all the way. The issue (which repairman says isn't uncommon) is ice building up on inside/outside gaskets, thus pelting one with frozen chips whenever door is opened. I would love to upload pictures but apparently that option isn't available through this venue.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Fits my needs perfectly

I had a 20cf and it was like an elephant in the small kitchen. This 16cf is a perfect fit! I live alone and keep minimum things in the fridge and this makes me feel like I have some food in the house and instead of lining up items along the edge of each shelf wasting electricity to keep my other fridge running this one runs efficiently for what I store in it.

I was skeptical at first because of some of the negative reviews but I have had no problems at all. I love it!!! It definitely keeps the fruit fresher longer. Some complained of it being too loud, but I barely hear it. I love how it has the extra third row in the door which a lot of fridges this size don't carry. That was the main reason I bought it. So far, it is perfect!!
