Big disappointment

We had a top freezer refrigerator and decided we would get the same type when it was time to replace it since our space is fairly limited. I reviewed different top freezer models on line but this particular one was not in stock at the store so I had to order it. It seemed to have the basic features I wanted. Big mistake! I realized after ordering it that there is no light in the freezer and no shelf for ice cube trays.. The quality of the crisper drawers and deli and cheese drawers are cheap and don't hold very much. The light in the refrigerator is dim. The shelves inside the door are one long piece and the sides are short so jars seem to want to fall out, and they don't seem to fit a lot of food. Even though it is set at recommended settings the freezer doesn't seem to freeze real well. Overall the refrigerator seems smaller than our previous one, which was 17.9 cubic feet. Had I been able to actually see this refrigerator in person I would never have purchased it. Now I'm stuck. I can only hope it continues to run with no problems. That would be the only thing it has going for it.

Beautiful looks and acurate temp!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our refrigerator arrived a few weeks ago, and has the most accurate tempature settings for Any refrigerator I’ve ever had. However, the fixed door shelving in freezer and fridge is awkward. I much prefer to have different storage options like my last one, where I could move shelving up or down to the desired height on the doors. My model has no special features (example ice maker, etc..), so I can not comment a review on those particular features.

freezer not working

Bought unite on 11/15/17 to replace garage refrigerator ., freezer stop working . like unite as it has large shelf lower 1/2 and no shelf top 1/2 , garage go down to 35 dreg.
