Great Unit with one flaw the remote.

The remote is pretty flimsy and after a dozen uses is stop functioning. I have not tried the smart phone app. yet

Quiet and efficient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this at about a month ago to replace an aging unit. My wife wants one they didn't blow cold air on her. This one doesn't as the blower points up. I was surprised that it keeps the family room cool because it doesn't blow air at me. Love how well it works. I haven't been able to get the app to work so I can't really about whether it's helpful

Awesome air conditioner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this air conditioner about three weeks and it works great. What sold me on the particular air conditioner is the vents are on the top and blow up. This is just what my husband and I needed because the window in our bedroom is above our bed and all other air conditioners we have had have the vents in the front and the air blows on our heads. But this one does not do that. Also love the digital readouts and remote.
