[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really liked this product for its ability to be controlled via the app and thru an echo device. I do wish it was a little quieter but It not any loader then any other new ac out there.

Great capacity, and quiet for size of unit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Aesthetically and technologically progressive air conditioner. This unit is also significantly smaller than comparably rated units, with mine installed in only a 15" x 21" opening. Good luck finding another 10k BTU air conditioner that achieves this size! This single unit is actually cooling almost 1,200 sq ft of my open floorplan home, even in weather nearing 100 degrees. Perhaps the most useful feature is the ability to remotely control the system from anywhere with my phone. I can monitor my home while at work, and adjust the system for savings or performance as the weather and my day changes. Thank you Frigidaire!

Love the wireless feature

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this about a month ago for my attic room. My old LG busted and I needed a new one with all this hot weather we been having. This AC was perfect. The size was too as the windows in the attic are smaller. This one slipped right in. My most favorite feature is the wifi. I can start it up after I leave work and it is nice and cool before I step into the room! This think can cool off the attic room I have walled off pretty well. Next time I need an AC it will be this same one!

Way too loud

I bought this thinking that Frigidaire's premium line would perform with more "refinement" than its standard line. The best part of this unit is the look/Industrial Design. I bought two 10k BTU Frigidaire units..this one and one with the standard louvers-in-front model. Both are equally loud...too loud for a bedroom (I sleep with earplugs now), and I have to blast the TV in the living room to hear it. The fan motor and housing is the source (as opposed to panel or resonance from improper installation) and simply doesn't have adequate sound dampening material inside. Additionally, on the more humid days, the fan blades seem to slap water in the lower pan...again with proper installation and proper "slope" for drainage. I tried to stay with an age-old American brand, and have to say it didn't pay off. I'd return them both if I could.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The WiFi enablement is amazing, I can turn on my AC on the way home from work to cool the house down. One flaw is that it takes quite a while to cool the room. Overall it’s a sleek looking AC and works well.
