Works Like a Charm!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this a/c when my central a/c system died in the midst of a heat wave. It is a bit louder than I would have preferred, it does a great job of cooling and dehumidifying a large space.
It wasn't difficult to install (with lifting help from my son), and the installation directions were clear and easy to understand directions. I really like the insulating panels that slide over the according pleated section...it make a huge difference when compared with a second (competitor's brand) a/c, which only includes the pleated section.
Overall, I am very happy with this product.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Amazing Product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is definitely a great product. It cooled two rooms very quickly. I like the function to control it via the app remotely. My 13 year old son doesn't because I can cut it off when he has it on HIGH when it's not even that hot out. Kids love wasting electricity don't they? Not here with that option and the Eco mode making it more energy star quality.

Meh.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It produces cold air, but there are several issues that warrant my two star rating: every night, I have to check the thermostat twice, because for some reason it changes on its own and without any schedule in place. The app is terrible. The unit itself is far louder than what is noted in the specifications—almost double the decibel count. I’m considerIng returning the unit, but it was such a pain in the back side that I might just keep it and continue to be upset.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
