Pretty good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this A/C for a while now. I really like the look of it and it cools down the room quickly. Unfortunately it turns off every night at midnight. I wish this wasn’t an issue.

We are happy to hear how much you are enjoying your air conditioner.

Based on the details you provided, it appears a scheduled time may have not been cleared properly from your app.

Is the LED light “illuminating” above “SCHEDULER” on your air conditioner’s control panel?

If so, please try the following steps, and hopefully, this would stop the issue with your unit coming on by itself. You will need to create a “dummy” schedule to override any set times already programmed or previously programmed into your unit.

When you are in the scheduler select the 3 blue dots at the upper right-hand corner. Slide the ON/OFF option to “OFF”. If you would like to clear the schedule completely, slide the option to OFF, and then select CLEAR SCHEDULE. If you are not using the timer or the scheduler you will notice that the light on the air conditioner itself will turn off.

WiFi connection does not work

I bought this a couple weeks ago and tried to set it up with the WiFi. The feature does not work. I have been contacting Frigidaire and while they were helpful on the phone, I am still waiting for a reply to my emails about how to exchange the unit for one that functions properly.

Great unit with Great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this unit for about a month. It works great in the room it is in. With its programming you can set it and forget it. The wifi app makes it even better. If you need to turn it off or on you simply open the app and do it. From the app you can create a schedule, set temperature, change operations modes and fan speeds. I am very happy with my purchase.

Works very well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased 2 of these units, an 8000 and 10000 btu. Features are great and easy to use. They have appealing and minimal design, they are certainly not the eye soar most window units are, they blend in seamlessly.
My only complaint is the wifi setup, which was the selling point for me. You can turn on and set schedules from anywhere via the app. However, one of my units I cannot get connected to my wifi. The other one worked great. Not sure why.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great looking/working modern unit!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Actually bought 2 units about 3 months ago and both are working great. They look very modern unlike other outdated and just plain old looking units. I have grown to like having it blow cold air up at the ceiling as opposed to straight out like a traditional unit does. (there is no blasting of air at you, which is annoying, but a nice cooling of the room)
I also like the app, even though it's very simplistic. I can control both units with the app from anywhere, home or not, due to the wifi. The app provides access to all unit functions, including room temperature.
I just wish they made more than just two BTU types and also would like lower cost as it costs a bit more due to the built in wifi.
I would recommend this to a friend!
