Almost perfect ... but

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good looking for an air conditioner, easy to use controls amd cools the bedroom well. On high the fan iseems strong enough to fly a box kite, that is also its noisest setting. I use this in a bedroom, it would have been nice to have a sleep setting for the fan to make it quieter. Software seems to be a bit twitchy. Sometimes it drops and can’t locate the unit. On a scale of 1-10 I would give it an 8.7.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wonderful unit. Based on past reviews I expected an extremely noisy unit but that's not the case. I prefer white nose and this provides just enough.
My only reason for a 1 star deduction is the clunkiness of the Smart Phone app. Setup is hit or miss and requires several attempts. Schedule has to redone if a change is required, edits aren't an option. The app does not update quickly.

Very Noisy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The A/C works well and the wifi controls are great to schedule and control remotely. The only issue is the noise factor. It may be the loudest air conditioner I've ever owned. I can only use the low fan setting if in the same room - even then the TV volume has to be up to hear it over the A/C.

Ok air

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cools good but outlet air blows mostly up instead of foreward. Everytime it is turned off and back on it goes to warm setting and echo mode so it shuts off blower and room gets warm before it starts back up. Always resetting controls for wife.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback on your purchase.
The air conditioner is factory set to run in in eco (energy saver) mode and can be switch out of eco mode, by the touch of a button and another mode is selected.
However, if the power is interrupted for any reason or the air conditioner is turned off, it will default back to eco mode.
