[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This air conditioner works very well and has lots of cool features (clean air, timer, etc) that are all accessible by the app. It is great as well because I can check and adjust the temperature from anywhere, and because I lose the A/C remotes every winter I don't need it because the app works great.

Great Alexa functionality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking for an AC that I could interface with Alexa and this works awesome. Being able to control it from my phone before I get home is also great, especially on beach days. It is also much quieter than I expected, which is great

10K BTU Smart AC Unit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The unit keeps the room cool, but the unit is somewhat noisy. The iPhone app loses its connection and have to re-connect. The hardware used to form a tight seal was less than tight. I had to buy duct tape to seal out the bugs from crawling in the cracks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very nice looking unit but I had to make an air diversion scoop that ruins the look. Many of you may not have to do something like this. The problem is the cold air is sent mostly straight up with little adjustment available. I needed to send the cold air across the dining room to the living room through an 8ft opening. I would advise Frigidaire engineers to re-think the venting configuration to allow customers some options for air flow. It cools really well, is quieter than my old unit. It works well from my Android phone but does not always talk to Alexa.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love it’s design, it doesn’t look like an air conditioner, looks futuristic. It is quiet and I love the fact that I can turn it on from work, and I live 1 hour away!! That is great!!
