[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a good unit, short of the only fact being that its tremendously loud. I rarely use it for that reason and it's in my bedroom. I'm sure it would be good in any other room besides a sleeping are area.
I've also got an issue with standing water inside the unit. But I think that's just because it's not on the correct pitch in the window, because I wanted to use a win df ew bracket with it.

JonD36, I know how frustrating it can be to adjust to a new appliance. It is normal to hear ‘high pitch chatter’ a sound of rushing air, gurgle/hiss, pinging or swishing and vibration. These are all normal. For more information of normal sounds during operation, please refer to page five in your Owner’s Manual. Verify that the original installation procedures have been followed properly. Pay special attention to any gaskets. If improperly installed, even a high quality, low-noise unit can rattle mercilessly. The top rail and side panels at each side are offset to provide the proper pitch to the rear of (5/16”). This is necessary for proper condensed water utilization and drainage. If you are not using the side panels for any reason, this pitch to the rear must be maintained! Amazing product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This ac unit is phenomenal. It is so convenient to set the temp from literally anywhere with my phone. Cools the room very fast. Has options of setting a timer. Tells you what the current room temp is and let’s you set it at what you want it to be.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this replace an air conditioner with less BTU so that it would cool our house more efficiently. It is definitely keeping the downstairs of our house cooler, but it's too early to tell how energy efficient it is. I'm happy with this purchase so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this in the spring and been using it pretty consistantly since. It’s positioned in front of my couch, so having the vents at the top of the unit help to keep my neck from freezing and I find that it cools down my apartment so much faster than my previous unit. Alexa integration is amazing and being able to control it on the go is a game changer. Its sleek design blends seamlessly into the background so that it’s barely noticeable. This definitely ticked all of the boxes on my list.
