[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about a month ago and specifically want this model b/c of the ability to control it through an app on my phone, which allows me to turn the a/c on when I'm on my way home from work. It works great, cools my bedroom quickly and has a much more stylish look than most window units. I am very happy with my purchase.

Great Air conditioner!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I literally love this air conditioner!! It’s sleek, modern and overall... it WORKS great!! Ive gotten numerous compliments on its design and just how beautiful it looks. Straight out of the box I was in love. It comes with all of the necessary materials needed to ensure that the unit can block out the weather. Most importantly...It cools down my apartment front room & living room, which actually exceed 450 feet, I think, but in the morning I set the a/c to 73 (usually my apt is 80° @ 6:45am) and within an hour and a half, it’s 73° in my apt. The only downside to the a/c is the app, it oftentimes gives me an error message, or simply doesn’t respond like it should, but I paid for the a/c the app is just bonus, and connecting it to Alexa was real easy!

Love the WiFi feature

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We like this air conditioner, it’s quiet for a 10,000 btu window unit... looks good and the WiFi feature is nice because you can control it from your phone.. one thing I don’t like is if you want to make changes to a schedule you cannot edit it in the app you have to delete the whole schedule and start over.

The noise is over exaggerated as its a big unit so it will obviously make some noise. For the size it is actually rather quiet. Cools my 650 sq ft apartment in less than 15 minutes on low
