Works but drawbacks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this product about 1 month ago. I measured the BTUs of the space it is to occupy and it rarely gets to the temperature. In addition, the unit seems to change the temperature settings after programmed. Finally, I tried using the phone application. I set the schedule once using the app. When I turned off the schedule the until continued to use the schedule even after I turned it off. I needed to remove the app from my phone to have the schedule stoped on the unit.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

PADS, thank you for taking the time to share your review with us. It is recommended to create a new schedule, let the schedule perform one task. At this time you would be able to turn off the schedule and than delete the schedule. Hope this help!

Energy efficient and easy controls

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to cool a 350sqft bedroom, it doesn’t use much electricity even in 95+ heat and high humidity. Controls are easy to set from both the remote and the smartphone app.
