Lots of problems

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a problem, with this being turned off both with the app, on the front panel and with the supplied remote but it still turns itself on. I bought this to save money and not have it run when I didn't need it to.It is turning itself on except when I have to unplug it. that defeats the ability to turn it on and off remotely. I have set it to 85° so it would not turn on and come to find it running and set on 72 or 73. I do not have it scheduled or programmed and have been sure that those were not in use. I have called the smart Appliance Division and they had no resolution for me. Very very disappointing

Good concept but it falls short

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this because I really liked that it had WiFi so I could control it from anywhere, that it was auto and even looking inside the body through the vent the system looked sleek! This air condition fails to do one thing well which is what it’s supposed to do cool a room down. i unfortunately had to get rid of an old Frigidaire 10,000 btu air conditioner that would cool down a room in minutes and got this as a replacement for a smaller room. This ac is an unfortunate disappointment. Not only does it take a while to cool a room down but you have to set it at the coldest setting possible and even then the room is simply lightly cool. The “eco” option is a joke because it doesn’t cool at all. Hopefully, this model can be revamped to work like it’s supposed to without having to struggle to cool a small room down.

Wifi does not work, i bought it for wifi

Great Design, Works Well, Very Loud

defected model

Although, customer services, besides one, were very helpful, and helped me to resolved my situation.

Clean design, efficient and cool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased 3 of these ACs to replace our existing ones that were quite old after our renovation. They cool down our 1000sqft NYC apartment fairly quickly and are energy efficient. The clean and minimal design also fits right in with our home design, and love the AC blows upwards to circulate around the room. Only complaint would be that they are not as quiet as we hoped (hard to find with window units in general) so if you're a light sleeper, consider where you place the unit near your bed.

WiFi doesn’t work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Read the warnings about this online but unlike me don’t take the chance that it’ll work any. First off the design is really nice!!! Got compliments while I stalling. However I have spent more time trying to get it to connect to the app and WiFi than waiting for it to arrive and installing. The WiFi app connection just doesn’t work. This the smart features don’t and it just defeats the whole purpose of purchasing this other than it looks classier than the average window AC. Not worth buying though if you want the app connectivity.
