Love the WiFi but the scheduler is meh!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had these units for over a year and immediately when we got them I was super stoked to be able to set up a schedule for the units while we were away from the house for periods at a time so our cat would be comfortable. Well...I set one program and that was it the machines run on their own all the time. I was able to get it off the just fan program where it turns on AC at least but still the units turn on despite being turned off and the program erased from the app. For example I have the temp set at 71, the units (we have two) just randomly turned on at the same time and both rooms are cooler than the set temp and it’s set on ECO. I would love to get this issue resolved before we go away in 2 weeks so we aren’t running AC unnecessarily.
Other than that, and the noise of the unit (it can be a bit loud compared to our smaller 6000 BTU Frigidaire units) they are highly efficient. Very sleek. Very easy to install!
I would give more stars if not for the issues with the app and the noise.

Great AC

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I live in an NYC apartment and don’t have crontrol of my heat His air conditioner is strong enough to compete with he building’s heat, while monitoring the temperature for consistency. It’s quiet at night and with scheduling through the app, I am able to sleep cooler at night while I set a temperature to wake up to. the app/ online connection allows me to cool my apartment before returning home from vacation and also allows me to monitor the temperature in my apartment while I am away for the day, ensuring my dog is comfortable in both hot and cold weather.
